Connections are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS, and stored data is protected with access controls limiting it to you and the users you authorise. We take regular backups and follow least-privilege access practices internally.
4. Third parties
We do not share your data for commercial purposes. We use trusted technical providers — such as cloud hosting and email delivery — where they are necessary to run the service, and these providers are bound by their own security obligations. Where a legal requirement applies, we disclose only the minimum necessary.
